The Talisman team enjoyed ILA Directors’ Day on Thursday 17th November. Well organised by ILA; great opportunities to see clients and business partners; really interesting seminars and discussions points; and sore feet as usual! Busy on the Talisman stand were Pascal Lohest, Fred Gabriel and Gillian Ratliff.
Why is continual and accurate disclosure to an insurer vital? Because absent or inaccurate disclosure can impact a policy’s validity and protection. Disclosure of material facts must be considered regularly – not annually. Covid has impacted many organisations – employee work locations and new work practices for example. Ensuring your insurer is aware of such changes is important. We’d be happy to discuss this topic during ILA Directors’ Day. Or contact us for our Duty of Disclosure document.
We are delighted to once again sponsor ILA Directors’ Day – a key date in the Luxembourg business diary. Talisman S.à.r.l. is an approved Insurance Partner of ILA.
This will be the 11th such event and will be held at the European Convention Center on 17th November. We’re thrilled it can be an in-person event and are looking forward to seeing our clients and business associates there. Please stop by our stand to say hello.
A wonderful day at the ILA Golf Day on 28th June.
Great golf, banter and networking was enjoyed by all participants at the ILA Golf Day in June 2022. Congratulations to the Blue Talisman team – who triumphed over the Green Talisman team. Event prizes were won by Virginia Strelen (Capt) for the longest drive by a female (190m) and Colm Quirke for nearest to the pin (front hole 9). Congratulations to Keith who won the event prize for Nearest to the Pin (9th hole, 15m away).
After a Covid-enforced absence, we are keen to get our informal breakfast briefings going again! We believe you should really understand potential risks before considering the solutions to help protect you. Over strong coffee and croissants, we offer an informal discussion about the risks you may face personally as an ID, ED or with other fiduciary role.
A frequent assumption is that a corporate directors & officers (D&O) policy would protect your personal finances and reputation. Not so. At a speed guided by our guests, we chat through the potential inadequacies of D&O programmes.
Please contact us if you are interested in attending.
